Playing With Rain
A sampling of the results: macro photos of rain drops and sunlight
Summer 2012
The first three are the results of using extension tubes on my digital camera. The subject was roses with morning dew on them. I like to think of them as paintings done through my camera lens.

These next two are a little more realistic, in that they are recognizable as rain drops, and the third is again more abstract. Taken after a very light misty rain one morning.

Spring
Spring is finally beginning to show itself here after a few false starts that had my hopes up about a month ago. The songbirds are here again, the ducks are pairing up, and the buds are beginning to show on the trees.

Winter is showing signs of moving in and the ice on the river is constantly changing the beautiful pictures it creates! It's a fantastic feast for a photographer's eyes.
